RFUEA Grounds, Nakuru Showground and Impala Club have, as confirmed by the Kenya rugby union, been picked to host the Enterprise, Championship, Mwamba Cups -in that order - on Saturday 5 May 2018.
The three venues will host six different sides that are out to end their 15s season with a trophy following their respective successes in semi final games played on Saturday 28 April.
Starting at 2pm Strathmore will face off with Eric Shirley Shield champions KCB at Impala grounds.
For a place in the final Strathmore edged out Homeboyz 8-0 as KCB II defeated Nakuru 29-6.
The game had earlier been earmarked for the RFUEA Grounds till the most recent confirmation.
With the key agenda out of the way - of getting promoted to the Kenya Cup for next season, Menengai Oilers and Mean Machine will be seeking the Championship title for pride.
Oilers earned the right to host this final by virtue of topping the Championship log at the close of the regular season in mid April.
The two qualified for the top tier league for next season after winning their respective duels in the ended weekend.
While Oilers hit Kisumu RFC 32-3 to continue their Cinderella run of getting promoted form one league to the next at the end of the season, Mean Machine earned an immediate bounceback to the Kenya Cup when they ended the jinx of never beating Western Bulls with an 18-0 win at UoN grounds to announce their arrival back to the Kenya Cup.
The post regular season cup, first contested in 1930, brings Impala Saracens and Homeboyz head to head on Saturday starting 4pm.
To come through, Impala Saracens defied the odds - of never winning in Kakamega - by hitting last year’s finalist Kabras Sugar 16-13 as Homeboyz dag deep to dethrone champions KCB 12-10 at the KCB sports grounds.
Impala will be aiming for a 12th Enterprise Cup title - the first since 2005, while Homeboyz - finalists in 2015, eye the first ever.
