2016 and 2017 Prescott Cup champions Upper Hill school qualified for a fourth straight Prescott Cup semi final on Monday 25 June after their opponents Lenana School failed to turn up for a quarterfinal game under unclear circumstances.

Changez, as they are best known, also handed out a walkover to Ofafa Jericho II in the quarters if Damu Changa, a competition contested by the juniors of Prescott cup sides.

The Upper Hill miss becomes the third game that Lenana has given up this season. They played St. Mary's (won 24-0) and Rift Valley Academy - RVA (lost 31-5) but gave away games to Alliance High and Mangu High. As a result they ended up fourth in pool A to book pool B winners Upper Hill.

Upper Hill will now face the winner between Alliance High and Muhuri Muchiri on who fight it out in the last quarterfinal game on Tuesday evening, a game they will host on Thursday.

"We got confirmation that our game against Lenana School  will not be taking place and we are now preparing to host the semis against the winner of the Alliance - Muhuri game," said Upper Hill coach Tom Walgwe to Raga House.

As Upper Hill wait on their opponents for the semis, two schools-Ofafa, as hosts, and RVA will lock horns in the first semi final on Tuesday.

The final will be played on Saturday 30 June and has been factored in as a curtain raiser for the Kenya - Zimbabwe Africa Gold Cup clash that kicks off at RFUEA grounds from 3pm
