Simbas set for Hong Kong Cup of Nations

Kenya Simbas will take part in the fifth Hong Kong Cup of Nations in November 2017, a statement from the Kenya Rugby Union said.

The Simbas will replace Zimbabwe who finished fourth in 2016 South American side Chile will replace Papua New Guinea.

The three-week tournament was played as a singleĀ round-robin, with the winner being the team with the most table points after the third round of fixtures.

Russia won the 2016 edition with 14 points, Hong Kong finished second with 10 points, Zimbabwe were third with six while Papua New Guinea bagged no point.
