Kenya Sevens forward Dan Sikuta escaped uninjured following a road accident on Monday morning at Kijabe along Nakuru-Nairobi highway.

Sikuta was on board the Classic Luxury Nissan matatu that was hit by a bus that had lost control but he was not injured as he narrated to Raga House.

The Kabras Sugar backrower was travelling from Kakamega to Nairobi ahead of this week’s Kenya Sevens camp in Nairobi.

“I am okay now and headed to the camp from 2.30pm,” he told Raga House.

On facebook he wrote, “involved in accident but we thank God still alive with one casualty.”

The Kenya Sevens team is preparing for Hong Kong Sevens, Commonwealth games and Singapore Sevens.
