Kenya Rugby national sevens circuit winner will pocket Ksh500,000 worth of cash prize after online betting firm Betsafe moved to sponsor the series that kicked off on Saturday with Kabeberi 7s in Nairobi.

Betsafe's Victor Sudi, accompanied by KRU directors Oscar Mango, Peris Mukoko and Mwamba RFC chairman George Mbaye, announced they would be sponsoring the 2022 National sevens circuit to a tune of Ksh5.9m.
