Both Kenya Harlequin and Mwamba continue with their Kenya Cup pre-season on Saturday October 27 when they face each in the Plate final of Impala Floodies.
Quins make two changes from the side that beat Nakuru in plate semis to see prop John Okwara come in for Paul Kioko while fly-half Smith Muhoya, who will also be vice-captain, replaces Eden Agero.
Nick Ndegwa and Mike Ochieng are up for their first team debut from the bench that has Edwin Okwema, Boniface Ochieng and Melvin Theuri among others.
Kenya 7s forward Eliakim Kichoi is available for Mwamba this weekend and pairs Gedion Mbithi in the second row as head coach Kevin Wambua makes five changes.
Loose-forwards George Omondi and Tony Owuor replace Pharell Mtani and Mike Okwaro at outside flank and eight respectively.
This Plate final will kick off at 5pm at Impala Club with Club's final between Impala and KCB set to start at 7pm. As Quins beat Nakuru in Plate semis, Mwamba dismissed Nondies in the other semifinal.
