Quins make up to 10 changes from the side that was humbled by KCB to the side to host Mombasa RFC in the eighth round of the Kenya Cup at RFUEA grounds.
Tight five sees props Dennis Muriithi, John Kiilu, hooker Edward Aseko and Herman Humwa come in for John Okwara, Frank Kalwale, Paul Kioko and Moses Okeyo.
Only Mutai is retained with Humwa moving from open-side flank to lock.
Peter Misango is back at blindside with Edward Shitanda in the other side while Ugandan international Ronald Musajja starts at eight ahead of David Ahawo.
Kenya Simbas’ Isaac Adimo is back at fly-half pushing Lyle Asiligwa to the bench as winger Dennis Muhanji comes in for Cyprian Kuto.
Other changes in the squad see Solomon Okia and Joseph Aredo start on the right wing and fullback respectively replacing Alex Olaba and Eric Shikuku.
Cyprian Kuto, Malcolm Onsando and Shikuku are out with minor knocks with the rest of the changes being tactical according to team manager Jim Mnene.
All four Ugandan internationals(Musajja, Ofoyrwoth, Okia and Aredo) start together for Quins for the first time. The last meeting between Mombasa and Quins dates back to February 21, 2015, when Quins won 33-0.
After the defeat to KCB, Quins dropped to fifth with 18 points as Mombasa are 11th with no point after seven matches.
