Kenya Harlequin bounced back to winning ways beating Nondies 13-32 in around 5 clash of the 2018/19 Kenya Cup on Sat Dec 15, 2018, at KCB Sports Club.
Quins went into the game at the back of a defeat to champions KCB while Nondies had lost to Mwamba. This was Nondies' second defeat of the season as Quins registered their third win which takes them above Nondies at fourth place.
The Charles Cardovillis coached side ran in five tries in the first half to lead 29-3 before adding a penalty in the final half and conceding 10 points.
Skipper Peter Misango's opening try was reduced to two points by Martin Juma's penalty for Nondies but Lyle Asiligwa converted David Ambunya's try to go 10 clear.
Malcolm Onsando and Iddi Kakai scored back to back tries with Alex Olaba's try at the interval ensuring more than a bonus. Nondies landed an unconverted try in the second half to take the score to 8-32 before Brian Oyando's touch down on the hooter.
Kenya Cup takes a break for Christmas holidays with action set to start on January 12 when Quins will host Nakuru and Nondies visit Impala.
