Prescott Cup: Lenana travels, Alliance at home for quarters

Back-to-back Prescott Cup Champions Upper Hill School will host Lenana School on Monday 25 June, starting 4pm, in one of two remaining quarter final games. 

As the two duel in Upper Hill, three-time champions Alliance High will host Muhuri Muchiri in the other final eight tie.

The winners of the two games will face off in the semis to be played in the course of the week. From an earlier communication by the organizers, all semis in the Prescott Cup as well as lower tier competitions should be played by Wednesday 27 June. 

On Tuesday 26 June, Ofafa Jericho will host Rift Valley Academy (RVA) in the first semi final of this year's Prescott Cup.

The two sides booked their place in the last four earlier on. RVA hit Nairobi School 30-7 to advance as Ofafa, the Blackrock title holders, saw off four-time champs Mangu High 29-3 to return to the semis for the first time since 2013 during their maiden Prescott Cup season.

The final of this years Prescott Cup has been earmarked for Saturday 30 June at the RFUEA grounds to act as a curtain raiser for the Kenya - Zimbabwe Africa Gold Cup cum 2019 World Cup qualifier. 

Damu Changa

In Damu Changa, a competition for junior sides of Prescott Cup participants, Strathmore II will face off with their Alliance counterparts in the semis on Wednesday. 

On the same day champions Mangu II will face off with the winner between last years finalists Ofafa Jericho II and Lenana School II.

Damu Pevu

In the competition that feeds to the Prescott Cup, Thika High and Dagoretti High are still awaiting semis opponents. 

Thika will host the winner between Highway and Jamhuri High while Dagoretti will invite the winner of the Githiga High vs Sunshine Secondary school. 

Damu Pevu II

The race for promiton to Damu Pevu next year is also on as Damu Pevu II enters the semis stage. Langata High will be up against Orbit School as fancied Laiser Hill takes on Kahuho High in the other last four.
