Oilers stun Quins as Kabras beat Nondies to reach semis

Menengai Oilers have beaten Kenya Harlequins 31-5 at the Kabeberi 7s quarters to reach cup semis for the second weekend in a row.

Oilers will play Strathmore Leos in cup semis after the latter beat Homeboyz in the first quarterfinal. The last quarter-final will see KCB take on defending champions Impala Saracens. 

Dan Abounji, Eric Ombasa, Amose Onyinkwa, Derric Keyoga and Harold Onyikwa touched down for Oilers. 

Kabras Sugar have also reached the Cup semis after beating Nondies 29-10 in the third quarterfinal.  Felix Ayange scored two tries for Kabras with Malik Habil and Philip Wokorach also crossing over to see the sugar men through to semis.

Kabras will play KCB/Impala in the Cup semis as Nondies take on the loser in 5th place semis.
