Oilers bounce back, Machine win in Kisumu

Menengai Oilers returned to winning ways in the championship beating hosts South Coast Pirates 29-7 on matchday 11.

Oilers ran in five tries by Rodgers Audi’s double, Clinton Matiko, Antony Kibet and Emmanuel Oder with Derrick Keyoga adding the extras.

Pirates scored in the second half through Clinton Machero, Kevin Amiani converted.

Oilers pick five points on the road to stay top with 49 points while Pirates remain eighth with 17 points.

Mean Machine registered their ninth win of the season beating Kisumu RFC 17-14 in Kisumu.

Machine picked four points from the win to stay second with 44 points, five adrift of Machine. Kisumu RFC picked one losing bonus to stay sixth with 23 points.
