The Kenya Cup enters match day three on Saturday, December 9, 2017, with three matches taking place in the city.
There will be a double header for the first time this season at Jamhuri Park as both Nondies and Homeboyz stage their home matches.
Nondies will be seeking their first win of the season against a Mombasa RFC side that struggled against Blak Blad on match day two.
Mombasa has soaked in 70 points in the two matches they have played while Nondies has failed to pick any bonus from their start.
The meeting between Homeboyz and Impala Saracens means one team will definitely drop points after the two sides won their first two matches.
As Homeboyz beat Nondies and Quins in their opening matches, Impala saw off Mombasa RFC and Mwamba RFC to maintain a 100% start.
This season’s Rai derby will be in Kakamega as Kabras Sugar hosts Nakuru RFC. Nakuru lost to Quins on match day two while Kabras have beaten Strathmore and Mwamba. Last season’s meeting in Kakamega between these two sides saw Nakuru come out victorious.
Mwamba RFC are yet to win and face another uphill as they head to RFUEA to take on Kenya Harlequins who beat Nakuru last weekend.
The same case applies to Strathmore Leos who host Kisii.
After bagging two wins in two matches, Blak Blad faces the biggest test so far this Saturday as they visit defending champions KCB who are unbeaten in the two matches they have played.
