2017/18 Kenya Cup debutants Kisii Rfc look to start there 2018/19 championship under new management after recently electing in new club officials ahead of their campaign.
Adrian Ongwae is the newly elected Chairman after taking over Walter Orangi.
Joseph Okong'o takes over from Brian Mambo as club Secretary post as Steve Mogonchi takes charge of the treasurer's post formerly held by Maxwell Abuya.
Walter Orangi held office from 2016 and is accredited for having led the team to its first ever Kenya Cup promotion, as well as ensuring regular show in the local sevens circuit.
Part of his success include the roping in of a major sponsor to the club in recent seasons - Resolution Health - amongst others. All that excites him,
"I take pride leading the team off the nationwide league through to a formidable Kenya Cup side, even though we dropped back to the Championship,"
"It is amazing what we have done in the past three years having focused on building a lasting structure and culture as well as expanding the pool of players."
And as a parting shot, he had this say;
"The outgoing officials and I have done our bit to set the pace for the incoming officials, even though I haven't excited the rugby as much as I had hoped I am positive Kisii Rugby will grow under the new Chair' (Adrian Monari) and a return to Kenya Cup is imminent. I will still be in the supportive system though"
