Namibia, Uganda unveil squads for Gold Cup opener

The Namibian team to play against Uganda in the first match of the 2018 Rugby Africa Gold Cup on Saturday 16 June at Hage Geingob Stadium in Windhoek starting 15:30 has been named.

Outside centre Johan Deysel will skipper the side as Chrysander Botha is out to win his 50th cap.

Two players -  André Rademeyer and PW Steenkamp  have been named by coach Phil Davis to the bench and are in line for their  debuts.

Uganda on has released its squad for the same game too.

There are 11 changes from the one that faced Namibia last year with two of the familiar names - Philip and Michael Wokorach both out.

The Namibia - Uganda is one of two opening games besides a Zimbabwe - Morocco game in Harare on the same day.
