Namibia, Kenya maintain lead in Africa Gold Cup standings

Kenya Simbas pilled pressure on Namibia in the Africa Gold Cup as they stayed second after Saturday July 22, 2017.

As Namibia beat Uganda 48-24, Kenya saw off Zimbabwe 41-22 in Harare. Both teams bagged five and four points respectively which see Namibia lead with 20 points followed by Kenya who have 16.

Uganda stay second with 11 points while Zimbabwe have six due to match day defeats.

Senegal and Tunisia were not involved on July 22 but return to action next weekend.  

Next week’s matches will see Zimbabwe host Tunisia and Namibia entertain Kenya. Africa Gold Cup will conclude on Saturday August 5 where Zimbabwe will visit Uganda and Senegal travel to Tunisia.
