Kenya Sevens head coach Innocent 'Namcos' Simiyu supports the move by Kenya Simbas to call up a number of his players ahead of 2019 Rugby World Cup repechage.
Namcos is currently taking charge of the team that will compete at Africa 7s this weekend but not so many senior players will be on board to Tunisia.

Former skipper Andrew Amonde, Collins Injera, Willy Ambaka, Sammy Oliech and Nelson Oyoo have since crossed over to Simbas and are expected to be named in the team to head to France for the three-week repechage.
"It will be hard to comment on that because there is a new management coming in but it's very good for them to go to 15s," Namcos said after Tuesday's captain's run at RFUEA.
Kenya 7s is expected to miss the five players at Dubai and Cape Town 7s may they head to France. While in France, the Simbas will play Canada, Germany and Hong Kong with the winner set to head to Japan as the 20th team for the Rugby World Cup.
"Of course 15s is a specialist game and then having a chance to play at the repechage- that high level helps them when they come back to 7s because it's just an issue of fine-tuning their bodies to be fit for sevens," added Namcos.
Injera and co are however expected to be ready for Hamilton and Sydney 7s legs in 2019 under new head coach Paul Murunga.
