For a second straight time, Menengai Oilers' Davis Nyaundi and Walter Okoth of Nakuru RFC made it to a dream team, this time at the close of Dala 7s as the Stanbic Bank National Sevens Circuit concluded on Sunday 11 August, 2019.

Nyaundi and Okoth were the only players outside the Mwamba setup to have made the Kabeberi dream team at the close of the event two weeks back in Meru.

Nyaundi was joined in the best seven list by his team mates Crispin Shitundo and Derrick Keyoga. They were joined by Chris Ojwang of Wanyore to make it five Dala 7s dream team players from two clubs in Nakuru County.

Vincent Onyala and Johnstone Olindi from KCB, who both made the Kakamega 7s dream team in the opening leg of the 2019 Sevens circuit.

None of the players who made the Dala 7s dream team in 2018 returned to the list.
