Three time Kenya Cup winners Mean Machine are set to get a boost on Thursday Nov 29 as 'The Old Boys' will be presenting a new kit to the team at the University of Nairobi from 5pm.
Machine chairman Jacob Siwa told Raga House that the Machine old boys "are set to reward the club with a set of kit to ensure the club culture and colours are adhered to."
The University of Nairobi side has been on a campaign to kick-out the red kit according to Siwa as they seek to stick to their traditional blue.
"Old boys will be coming to interact with the current crop of players as the club seeks to return to it's former glory," Siwa added.
Siwa was recently elected as Machine chairman taking over from Steve Obonyo and says he wants to the club return to where it was years ago.
Machine, who won the Kenya Cup in 1977, 1989 and 1990, just returned to the Kenya Cup after relegation in 2017 but have started the current campaign with one win and a defeat with the next match set to be against struggling Blak Blad at Kenyatta University.
