Mean Machine have beaten Menengai Oilers 5-33 on their own turf in the last day of the Championship to move closer to Bulls.

Machine ran in five tries to win with a bonus and move to 65 points as Oilers leads with 69. Bulls are second with 67 points.

Festus Shiasi, Maurice Murimi, Grevis Onyino, Ken Mutuku and Alfred Orege scored Machine's tries.

Derrick Mbaire scored Menengai's unconverted try as head coach Gibson Weru says "they(Machine) played well, we didn't expect that from them. We pick our lessons and wait for the semi."

Western Bulls picked a 24-0 walkover at JKUAT who have been relegated.
