Impala Saracens will be looking to return to Kenya Cup semis for the first time since reaching 2016 final when they meet Quins in the playoffs on Saturday, March 10, 2018, at home.

The Sarries have skipper Samson Onsomu leading the side while Eric Kerre and Davies Makori start at lock. Former Kenya U19 captain Tyson Okoth, Harritone Munai and Paul Mutsami complete the back row.

Impala’s backline has Samuel Motari, Ishamel Mokaya, George Okowa, Ian Minjire and Mark Kwemoi. The Sarries became the only side not to lose to defending champions KCB to finish fourth and set up a meeting with cross-neighbour and rival Impala Saracens.

Half-back Xavier Bett, lock Rainer Omondi, winger Quinto Oongo, centre Leo Seje, Antony Orege, Soita Wekesa, Kevin Okeyo and Collins Chogo will hope to finish the job from the bench.

"Quins fancy their setpiece and are always competitive at breakdowns -largely around the border of the law. Their Saturday team has experienced operators in Kangethe, Mutai, Asiligwa, Adimo, Agunda, Ambunya, Muhanji and so on. There will be good support from the replacements including Humwa, Okwomi, and Wanyma, However, we'll find a way to win," said Impala Saracens director of Rugby Fred Ollows.

In their last meeting at Quins’ backyard, Impala won 8-10.
