Kenya Simbas match against Senegal in the Africa Gold Cup on Saturday, July 15 will kick-off at 2 pm Kenyan time and not 4 pm.

Kenya Rugby Union CEO Ronald Bukusi made the communication on Thursday saying Rugby Afrique has listed it at 2 pm.

“That’s by Rugby Afrique not us. We want to try and sensitize people to that as much as possible so that we can all come and enjoy the menu that we’ll set up for you,” said Bukusi.

On that particular weekend, July 15, there will be three matches in the competition. As Kenya entertains Senegal in Nairobi, Uganda will be home to Tunisia while Zimbabwe travels to Namibia.

Thomas Charabas from France will officiate Kenya versus Senegal with Namibian duo of Oscar Lambert and Nicardo Pienaar being assistant referees.
