For a second straight year Kenya 7s has been banded with Fiji in pool B of Vancouver 7s set for the weekend of 9-10 March, 2019.
Hosts Canada and Samoa, the runners-up in the just concluded Las Vegas 7s, complete the group.

For once this season Kenya has not been paired with France in the group stages as had been the case in the first five rounds of the tournament starting with Dubai then Cape Town, Hamilton, Sydney and at the recently concluded Las Vegas 7s.
The pooling for the sixth leg of the ten-part HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series was held at the close of Las Vegas 7s that concluded on Sunday 3 March at the Sam Boyd Stadium.
Last year, Kenya was come out second best to Fiji in pool C - that also had Spain and France - at Vancouver after winning the final pool game 24-21. The two went all the way to the final where Fiji scooped Kenya 31-12 to take Gold.
Back-to-back Las Vegas champions USA will headline pool A in Vancouver that is composed of South Africa, Chile and Wales. New Zealand and Argentina lead pools C and D.
