There are nine changes from the KCB starting 15 that beat Blak Blad 81-10 to the side to head to Kisumu RFC on matchday 11 of the 2019/20 Kenya Cup regular season on Sat Jan 18.

Kenya 7s internationals winger Geoffrey Okwatch, fly-half Johnstone Olindi and backrow Andrew Amonde are all out as they are set to depart for New Zealand ahead of next week's Hamilton 7s.

Okwach is replaced by Stafford Abeka with Mike Kimewel moving to open wing. Ahmed Shaban takes over from Olindi while Felix Ojoo is in for Amonde joining Steve Wamae and Rocky Aguko who replace Brian Nyikuli and Davis Chenge respectively.

Hooker James Ochieng replaces George Asin, as Nick Ongeri partner Martin Owillah at lock to replace Oliver Mangeni and Francis Mwita.

Former Mean Machine captain Shaddon Munoko makes the bench after a series of ESS appearances. Essau and Elphas Otieno also make the bench.

As KCB sit second on 44 points, KCB are staring at relegation back to the Championship as they are bottom on five points only having won only one match.
