KCB routinely reach cup final

KCB are through to Driftwood 7s cup final after beating Homeboyz 19-7 in the first semi-final at Mombasa sports club on Sunday.

Kenya 7s internationals Andrew Amonde and Vincent Onyala were on the scoresheet for the bankers.

KCB won the national sevens circuit yesterday and are on the way to a fourth cup win. They play Impala in the final after the Ngong road side beat Quins 10-12.

Homeboyz will play Quins in the bronze final.

Nondies beat Menengai Oilers 19-5 to reach plate final where they'll play Kabras Sugar who were 22-5 winners over Blak Blad.

The challenge trophy final will be between Mwamba and Nakuru RFC after 17-12 and 12-5 wins over MMUST and Cubs respectively.

Machine are up against Strathmore Leos in the shield final. Machine best AP rugby 5-0 while Leos saw off Mombasa 31-19.
