Kenya Sevens international Humphrey Kayange has been named as head coach for Samurai Select side to take part in second edition of Embu 7s set for Saturday July 1, 2017.
Samurai 7s announced on Twitter that Kayange will coach the team that will be captained by Felix Ayange of Kabras Sugar with Kenya 7s winger and top scorer Collins Injera being assistant coach as well as strength and conditioning coach.
Nondescripts physio George Odhiambo will assume the same role in Embu while local Samurai manager Fahad Adil will be the team manager.
Samurai have also unveiled 'The Shirt' (pictured) to be used by the team in Embu and is bearing Brookside's logo, a local milk company.
Other players to complete the side will be named in due course.
Kenya Cup sides Nondescripts, Strathmore Leos, Chuka Vikings, Catholic Monks and Kiambu RFC are some of the teams that have confirmed their attendance as hosts Embu RFC will announce prize money over the course of the week.
Entrance to the tournament will be Ksh300 and Ksh200 to Students.
