Kenya Cup side Menengai Cream Homeboyz has embarked on a recruitment drive of new players as they seek to get ready for next season.
The national sevens circuit champions are seeking to have a solid squad by next season with club Chairman Myke Rabar saying they seek to have the best of the best for the new campaign.
The aspiring Deejayz are required to send a brief bio to firstname.lastname@example.org before May 31, 2019 indicating name, weight, contact, position, age, photo and current location.
Successful players will be earning Ksh 20,000 per month as well as get job opportunities and play in international tournaments as per the communique from the club. Homeboyz are currently the biggest feeder to the national teams; from Kenya U20, Women 7s, Kenya 7s and Kenya Simbas.
Homeboyz recently recruited a new head coach -Jason Hector- from South Africa’s Sharks Academy who oversaw the closing stage of last season.
The Deejayz have had a season to forget as they finished ninth with 29 points. This is after finishing second in the previous season.
