Floodies: Kang'ethes to start against Homeboyz

James Kangethe and Joseph Kangethe will start as tight and loose-head props for Kenya Harlequins for the second time since January 2016 against Kabras Sugar.

The two are named in match day 23 to play Homeboyz RFC in the Impala Floodies quarterfinals on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Impala Club from 7 pm.

Joseph Kangethe is a player-coach at Quins. 

Edward Oseko is named to hook as former captain Tony and Lewis Olaka start as second-rows.

Peter Misango will captain Quins as he starts at blind-side while Bernard Nyambok is on the open-side.

Ugandan international Ronald Musajja is back at eight as Kevin Kimweli and Alex Mutune are set to be the afternoon’s half-backs.This sees Isaac Adimo start at inside centre with him unlikely to travel to Hong Kong with Kenya Simbas.

Former Kenya Under 20 props Brian Obwaya and Melvin Thairu make up the bench alongside former Nondies winger Brian Beckham and Victor Odera.
