The final day of Africa Gold Cup will determine who finishes in position two to six.
Two matches are set for Saturday, August 5, 2017 as Uganda hosts Zimbabwe and Tunisia entertains Senegal.
Here is what is required for positions two to six to be filled.
First position: Namibia is the champion
Second position: two contenders Kenya and Uganda. To be ranked 2nd Uganda needs to win with the offensive bonus point and by 64 points or more its match against Zimbabwe.
Otherwise, it will be Kenya.
Third position: Three contenders: Uganda, Zimbabwe and Kenya. To be ranked 3rd, Zimbabwe must win its match against Uganda with an offensive bonus point and without conceding the defensive bonus to Uganda.
Otherwise Uganda will be ranked third.
Kenya can also finish third if Uganda wins with the offensive bonus point and by 64 points or more its match against Zimbabwe.
Fourth position: two contenders : Uganda and Zimbabwe If tunisia wins its match against Senegal and Zimbabwe loses or draws its match against Uganda then Tunisia will be forth and Zimbabwe fifth.
Otherwise Zimbabwe will be ranked fourth.
Fifth position : Three contenders: Zimbabwe – Senegal and Tunisia If Zimbabwe loses or draws its game against Uganda and if Tunisia wins its game against Senegal then Zimbabwe will be ranked fifth.
If Senegal wins against Tunisia then Senegal will be ranked fifth.
If Tunisia draws or wins its game against Senegal it will be ranked at least fifth.
Sixth position : Two contenders : Tunisia and Senegal If Tunisia loses its game against Senegal then it will be ranked 6th. Otherwise it will be Senegal.
