A day after Upper Hill were declared the East Africa 15s champions, Kakamega High and Menengai High confirmed a Kenyan 1-2-3 finish after triumphs on the final day on Saturday 18 August in Musanze, Rwanda.
Kakamega High hit St. Mary's Kisubi of Uganda 58-3 on the final day to end with 13 points, four behind Upper Hill.
Menengai confirmed third place with 10 points after a 27-3 win over another Ugandan outfit Namilyango College. Other than claim bronze, the National silver medalists provided the Most valuable player; Austine Sikutwa.
Five schools were in the race for the title as they played each other in a round robin format with the best in points taking home the title.
Laiser Hill Academy won it last year in Gulu, Uganda but did not return to defend the title.
