The Kenya Simbas will have defence coach Levy Labeeb from South Africa's Western Province to help fine-tune their defence ahead of the Hong Kong Cup of Nations set to start on November 10.

Labeeb returns after taking charge of the team against Hong Kong in 2016. Kenya won both matches. Labeeb coached Western Province Under 21 during the 2016 Safari 7s.

Assistant coach Dominique Habimana says Labeeb will arrive on Thursday evening alongside head coach Jerome Paarwater.

They will conduct Friday’s training session after the team to Hong Kong has been named.

Kenya Simbas will play Chile on November 10 as hosts Hong Kong take on Russia. Match day two on November 14 will see Kenya play Russia before playing Hong Kong on November 18.
