Daystar Falcons and Northern Suburbs lead in respective Nairobi region leagues with 19 and 28 points respectively.

Falcons lead the Universities category after four matches after seeing off MKU Stingerz 7-5. They are followed by Cooperative who also have 19 points but a small point difference. Farus had a walkover from Pioneer Uni.

MKU Stingerz, who reached national quarters last season, suffered their first defeat last weekend to drop to fourth with 14 points as Nairobi Aviators sit fifth with 14 points.

KCA, UON, Multimedia, Nazarene and Pioneer occupy 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th positions respectively.

In the clubs category, Suburbs are four points clear of second-placed Swara who have 24 after six matches.

Shamas and Makueni who have played seven matches are third and fourth with 23 points each as Kenya Harlequin’s Vandals RFC stay fifth with 22 points.

Comras, Hurricanes, Brumbies, Masaku and KCAA Stormers are sixth to 10th respectively with 19, 15, 10, 5 and 5 points respectively.

NYS has since being added to the league but has lost two opening matches.
