The High Court is set to finally deliver a ruling on a case where two Kenya rugby players are accused of raping a woman at a Nairobi estate in 2018.

Frank Wanyama and Alex Olaba, both who play for Kenya Harlequin, were accused of raping a musician at Highrise estate, Nairobi in February 2018.

Hon. Mutuku Martha will deliver the ruling on Monday, July 8, 2019 in Nairobi according to Ombui Ratemo, one of the lawyers for the accused. Ratemo said the last submissions were made last month by both parties.

The duo were arrested on Friday 20 Feb 2018 before being presented in court on Feb and later released on bond.

Due to the case, Wanyama and Olaba have not been able to represent the Country at any level in the said period due to the nature of the case as Raga House understands.
