A Nairobi magistrate court has deferred judgement for a case involving rugby players Frank Wanyama and Alex Olaba to Friday July 12, 2pm at Milimani.
Justice Martha Mutuku was to give the judgement on Thursday afternoon but one of the accused was not in court leading to all parties reaching an agreement to push to Friday.
Wanyama and Olaba, both who play for Kenya Harlequin, are accused of raping a musician at Highrise estate, Nairobi in February 2018.
Due to the case, Wanyama and Olaba have not been able to represent the Country at any level in the said period due to the nature of the case as Raga House understands.
