Bulls, Pirates bag home wins

Western Bulls bagged their sixth win of the season beating visiting Egerton Wasps 28-8 to stay third in the KRU Championship.

The win sees Bulls stay third with 27 points as Menengai Oilers and Mean Machine also won their matches. Egerton drops to 10th with 10 points.

South Coast Pirates bounced back to winning ways beating USIU 10-7 in Ukunda to register third win of the season after seven matches. The win sees Pirates move to seventh with 14 points at the expense of Ngong and Egerton.

Charles Okwemba scored the only try for the home side with Hajj Mohamed and Kevin Amiani adding the points for the points.

Next weekend, Pirates head to Catholic University as USIU hosts Mean Machine in one of the big clashes of the weekend.
