Menengai Oielrs have booked home semifinal after the last match day of the Championship on Saturday April 14, 2018 where they lost to Mean Machine.

Machine beat Oilers 33-5 in Nakuru to return to second with 67 points as Oilers leads with 69.

Raga House understands that Machine and Bulls will replay a match that was previously awarded to Bulls. The match will played on Wednesday in Kakamega according to KRU.

"The pending KRU Championship fixture between Western Bulls and Mean Machine will be played on Wednesday 18 April 2018 in Kakamega.

This match had originally been slated for Saturday 24 March 2018 but was rescheduled following the ongoing lecturers’ strike."

It also means Machine were awarded the 2 points they had been deducted for giving a walkover thus moving them to second. Bulls stay third with 62 points and can only go to second even if they beat Machine on Wednesday.

May Machine bag any point from the game, Bulls will play USIU in pre-quarters as Machine and Oilers await in the semifinals.
