Quins returned to the Kenya Cup top four in style as they beat visiting Mwamba RFC 48-16 on match day three at RFUEA grounds.
Quins now have 12 points after the win over Nakuru last weekend while Mwamba leaves without a point yet again.
Former Nondies winger Brian Beckham produced magnificent performance at the back landing two tries; the first and last in the first half.
Ugandan international Ronald Musajja, Stanley Lunani and Peter Misango were also on target in the first half as Quins led 29-6. Michael Agevi found the H twice after infringements from Quins.
Agevi would then receive a red card after a dangerous tackle which was followed by three tries from Quins (Lunani, Eric Shikuku and Malcolm Onsando) with Kenya Simbas scrum-half Lyle Asiligwa adding two conversions.
Hyke Otieno and Marco Muriithi’s last stages tries were not enough to hand Mwamba a comeback.
This was the third defeat in a row Mwamba have suffered in the league after going down to Impala and Kabras Sugar in the first two matches.
